While Flowriter is not yet SOC 2 compliant or ISO 27001 certified, we take the security and privacy of your data extremely seriously. We are committed to robust security measures and operational practices.

Your data's security and privacy is important. Flowriter uses industry-standard cloud security and software engineering practices to protect your information.

• Proven, robust, and secure Amazon AWS authorization and authentication services, including support for third-party social sign-in services and multi-factor authentication.

• Secure, encrypted connections (SSL/TLS) to protect data in-transit as it moves between your browser and our servers.

• Strong encryption algorithms to protect your stored data, at-rest.

• Multi-layered security controls to protect your data, and limit the risk of malicious activity.

• No third-party cookies or tracking services in the Flowriter app.

• We collect and share only the minimum amount of user data needed to provide the service – for example to process purchases or to manage your support tickets.

• We do not store sensitive information such as payment methods. See our Privacy Policy.

• Close your account and delete your data at any time, in the app.

• We will not email you unless you ask us to.
