Flowriter supports login using:
Social services, such as Google and Amazon; and
Email / password
For more information about creating an account, see Create a free trial account
From the Account menu in the upper-right, select Profile & settings:
Select the Security tab:
If you use email/password to login, your email address will be verified during the sign-up process. If you use a social service to login, your email address may be listed as Unverified
.
Contact us at help@flowriter.pro to change your login email address
This is only available if you use email/password to login
Visit the login page at app.flowriter.pro (you may need to logout first) and select the Forgot password option.
This will initiate the process to securely create a new password for your account. You will need access to your email inbox to complete this.
This is only available if you use email/password to login. If you use a social service to sign in, you may have two-factor authentication configured separately on that service.
Click the Set up two-factor authentication button and follow the instructions. Flowriter supports 2FA using one-time codes generated by an app or password manager such as 1Password, Google Authenticator, Apple Passwords, or Microsoft Authenticator. Flowriter does not support 2FA using SMS.
You will need to scan a generated QR code with the relevant app.
Return to this screen, and select the Manage two-factor authentication option, and follow the instructions to disable 2FA on your account.
If you lose or do not have access to your 2FA code generator app and cannot login, contact us at help@flowriter.pro
We will request information to validate your identity, and if validated, can disable 2FA on your account.
