View credit balance & usage

When logged in, click the Account menu in the upper-right corner and select Credit usage:

The Credit usage popup

This popup displays:

• Total purchased credits (including any free trial credits assigned to your account)

• Total credits used to date for content generation

• Total remaining credits in your account

• Complete activity history with date/time stamps of:

  • Any trial credits added to your account (+ values)

  • Any credits purchases started, but not yet paid for (with an option to complete payment)

  • Any credits purchases paid for (+ values; with an option to download the invoice)

  • All content generation activities (- values). Each activity notes the Epic or Story name, and the type of content generation.

Filter the activity history

Filter the activity history by date range by either:

• Typing a data into the date range text boxes, or

• Clicking the calendar icon in each date range text box and selecting a date:

To clear the date range filter, click the Clear filter button to the right of the date range text boxes.
